Divorce
We represent men and women throughout the divorce process, from the initial filing through negotiated settlements, mediation and trial, to motions for modification or enforcement of existing divorce decrees. We handle all matters arising out of divorce, including child custody, parenting plans, child support, alimony or spousal maintenance, and marital property settlements. Child Custody and Child Support
We work with you to establish and implement custody and parenting plans that are in the best interests of your minor children while protecting your rights as a parent. We handle long distance parenting plans as well as high conflict situations.
We review all proposed child support orders for compliance with state guidelines and to confirm that all relevant income is properly included. We also represent either side in paternity disputes and any custody or support issues that arise because of the determination.
