Jenny Burns is an attorney with the office of Schipani and Norman, P.A., practicing in all areas of family law. Jenny was first admitted to practice law in Florida in September 2014 and received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. After graduating law school, Jenny first worked as an associate family law attorney at a small firm in Sarasota before transitioning to working for the State of Florida, representing the State of Florida in dependency proceedings involving abuse and neglect of children. Jenny has handled a vast number of complex family litigation matters, including custody disputes, paternity, relocations, high net work divorces, adoptions, post judgment modification, and enforcement actions. Jenny's prior employment and cases have provided her the necessary skills to assist her clients in both a collaborative or cooperative approach or in litigation.
