Jack-Andrew M. Gonser, Esq.

Associate

Mr. Jack Gonser originally hails from both Delaware and New Jersey. He split time in both states

throughout his childhood, before residing in Delaware full-time starting at age 14. After

graduating high school, he spent the next eight years of his life living in Morgantown, West

Virginia, home of the West Virginia Mountaineers. In 2020 he received his undergraduate degree

in Strategic Communications, with a minor in History.

Mr. Gonser graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2024. He was a

member of the Community Service Counsel and various intramural sports teams. In his final

year, he was accepted and took part in the College of Law Family Law Clinic, which allowed

him to gain real family law client and courtroom experience before graduation.

Once graduated, Mr. Gonser and his wife Sarah, relocated to Sarasota, Florida, where they have

planted their roots as a family for the first time. His wife is an accountant, and they have a

goldendoodle puppy named Beauregard.

Before Mr. Gonser was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2025, he was a Summer Associate at our

firm in both 2022 and 2023, and then was a law clerk with us following graduation.

Mr. Gonser is thrilled to join the distinguished firm of Schipani Law Group, P.A., and is grateful

for the opportunity to serve this community through honest and intelligent work.
